Welcome to Year 3
SummerTerm
Hello and welcome to Year 3 Beijing class! I am Mrs Pammenter and I have the pleasure of teaching Year 3 this Year.

Please ensure you read our Year 3 Newsletter for the Summer. All key information and learning is included within the letter which can be found in the files below.
Our class topic is: Waterways
During this half term we will be finding out about different waterways in Britain, looking particularly at what canals are, why they were built and what it would be like to live on a narrow boat. An exciting visit to The National Waterways Museum at Ellesmere Port, has been planned. Details will follow.
In the second half term, our journey will continue across the Atlantic Ocean, to the continent of South American and in particular, the country of Brazil, where we will explore life in and around the River Amazon. We will also be looking at climates around the world.
